The Safety and Coordination Plan is developed and drafted in detail and divided into autonomous modules, corresponding to the different categories of work, in order to allow an immediate reading and understanding by all the operators of the Construction Site. All the information must be clear and concise and, for each phase of work envisaged and resulting from the analysis of the project documents, it is possible to deduce all the risks, with the related assessments, the preventive measures and the related collective protection devices and individual to use.
SAFETY IN SIDE
The Legislative Decree n. 81 of 9 April 2008, the so-called Consolidated Health and Safety at Work, which entered into force on 15 May 2008, includes important news regarding the former Legislative Decree 494 and Legislative Decree 626 regarding: designer, manager of works, coordinator. It also introduces new roles and new obligations for the client and the contracting company, new obligations for the employer of the contracted company, appointment of the coordinator (if necessary giving reasons) and professional requirements of the same.
